• The owner of the dog (s) must be reachable by telephone during the outlet times;
• If acute medical care during or after the walk is necessary for the dog, the owner of the dog (s) authorizes dog walking service VIP Dogs & Cats to provide the necessary medical costs at the expense of this dog (s). Regardless of which vet, because we go directly to a vet who is available at that time. These costs are directly for the owner of the dog. We will always try to contact the owner first. The owner of the dog (s) can no longer claim any information provided in previous editions of these documents if the general terms and conditions and price quotes are changed;

• Dog walking service VIP Dogs & Cats has the right to let the dog (s) run free. The dog (s) that goes along must also be able to walk freely and know the basic commands well;

Responsibility

Payments

• Payments are always made in advance, so before the start of a new month or start of the walk;
